Our team is led by a Maryland Certified Childcare Provider with over 21 years of experience providing care for children in multiple environments. She knows how to instill a sense of belonging while promoting a loving and learning environment.
Leilani G.
The primary caregiver, Leilani, is a Maryland State-Licensed Childcare Provider with over 21 years of experience providing care for children in multiple environments. She started her career managing an in-home, State funded program in California in 2000. As a military spouse, her career path took multiple turns, including supporting daycare facilities in Nevada and Texas, before establishing her own Small Business in Hawaii in 2015.
In 2017, she ultimately settled down in Maryland. Leilani once again tapped into her experience and expertise to do what she loves most:

Shaun G.
As a retired service member, Shaun understands the meaning of placing others before himself. Also, as a proud parent of four, patience is a virtue that has been well earned.
Although Leilani is the primary caregiver, Shaun may occasionally oversee activities or respond during emergencies.
Upuia S.
Upuia is a former service member who assists as a substitute provider in emergencies. Upuia also makes consistent appearances and dedicates time to playing, teaching, and building rapport with the sprouts, so a strong foundational relationship is in place if temporary assistance is required. ​
